The owners were friendly and cute. The room wassuper clean and cozy. Towels were changed regularly. Breakfast was delicious and served early for our convenience. They gave great recommendations for exploring Bansko and were helpful throughout our stay. The guesthouse had beautiful views and a convenient location.
Everything was fantastic.

Owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering to drive us to the ski lift and helping us plan our trip. Rooms were spacious and clean, with fresh towels every other day. Breakfast was punctual and delicious, with homemade jam and fresh coffee. The location offered beautiful views of the mountains and easy access to local food and markets.
The location was a bit farther from the city center, but the owners made up for it with their kindness and helpfulness. our stay was wonderful and made us feel at home.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the facilities were fantastic. The hotel was in a great location, close to the center of the town, easy to explore this beautiful city. The breakfast was always punctual and delicious, and the staff was helpful and kind.

The hosts were nice and recommended places to visit. the room was clean and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. the view of the mountains was breathtaking. the location was close to the center and easy to get around.
The location was a bit far from the gondola, causing us to have to walk through the snow and cold for quite some time. the owners did not offer any assistance with transportation to the gondola.
